ABOUT BOUSA CONCEPTS
BOUSA CONCEPTS is a photographer, visual artist and educator, born and raised in the Bay Area. She attended the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in San Francisco and graduated with a degree in Merchandise Product Development. She is a self-taught photographer with an extensive body of work ranging from fashion, portraits, events, social documentary and fine art. Her images have been published in several publications and currently exhibits her work through-out the Bay Area. As an artist, Bousa is drawn to the mysticism and story-telling of the female voice/experience. Her work often has multi-cultural, feminist and spiritual themes. She is also a community artist working with a non-profit organization called Art of Health & Healing which aims to address community issues and promote healing through the use of art. She currently co-faciliates Art n the Lobby workshops and is co-founder of Invisible Hands, an universal lifestyle brand that promotes positive messages through fashion, art, poetry, and music.
